This giant fiasco took place at first in the subprime mortgage arena. What kind of debt relief advice do you have for me? There were mortgage brokers giving out mortgages to pretty much anyone, you didn’t even have to prove you had the money to actually keep up the payments on the loan all you had to do was have a mediocre FICO rating and you were getting a home. And in most cases a home which you had no business being in.
